Payment terms for our services will be outlined in the specific service agreements or statements of work. Generally, we require payment within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the engagement process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiTechT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CiTechT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by them.
