Our client, a multinational health and wellness organization headquartered in the United Kingdom, faced a critical timeline constraint requiring implementation of a Financials ERP system within an eight week window. This aggressive schedule was driven by substantial costs associated with maintaining a Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) with their incumbent vendor. The organization operates significant facilities across six countries worldwide, necessitating a solution that could be tailored to meet the unique operational requirements and regulatory environments of each geographic location.
